Rates & Inclusions

Prices start at £398 for a 2-night stay on certain dates in November & December 2026 and £450 for 2 nights in March 2026. For “live” availability and prices and to book your stay just click the ‘BOOK ONLINE’ button below.

Our prices are inclusive of tax and also include electricity (not included for electric car charging – see below), gas for the hob, central heating, hot water, towels, all bed linen, booking fees & cleaning fees.

Important Information

House Rules & EV Policy

Please review our property rules to ensure Driftwood Cottage is the right fit for your stay.

Occupancy

Maximum of 4 people are allowed to use or stay in the cottage and its grounds, plus 1 infant under 2yrs. No parties or events.

No Pets or Smoking

Sorry, no dogs or pets allowed. No smoking permitted anywhere on the premises.

No Camping

No tents or camper-vans are permitted on the property grounds.

No EV Charging

EV, e-bike, and e-scooter charging is strictly forbidden via domestic chargers due to insurance. A public charging point is located at Columba 1400 in Staffin (approx. 2 miles away).

Reservations

Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings made within 60 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking, otherwise a non-refundable deposit of £175 is payable at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 60 days before.

  • April – October: Minimum Stay 3 nights (check-in / check-out everyday)
  • November – March: Minimum Stay 2 nights (check-in / check-out everyday)

Driftwood Cottage Skye is Licensed for Short Term Holiday Lets (STL) license: HI-30044-F.

A non-refundable deposit of £175 is required.
Full booking balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.(From 27.05.2025)

If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In the event of a no show or duration reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
