Our prices are inclusive of tax and also include the following; Electricity, (not included for electric car charging -see below) Gas (for Gas hob), Central heating, hot water, towels, all bed linen, booking fees & cleaning fees are also included.
Electric car charging – We do not currently have an EV charger. Due to our rural location and high frequency of storms, charging an EV with a cable through an open window overnight is not safe or practical at this property. There is a charging point at Columba 1400 in Staffin approx. 2 miles away. We do have plans to install an EV outside charging point by 2025.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Bookings made within 49 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking, otherwise a non refundable deposit of £175 is payable at time of booking with the remaining balance due 49 days before. For cancellation policy See Booking condition’s below.
A maximum of 4 people are allowed to use or stay in the cottage and its grounds in any one rental period – plus 1 infant under the age of 2yrs.
Sorry, no dogs or pets allowed.
Pay by – Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express – no card fees.
